McShane Construction Company is building a new apartment community. It is on behalf of LIV Development, the firm based out of Birmingham, Alabama. The new multi-family project will be located in Phoenix, Arizona. It will offer 242 units with various on-site amenities.

“We’re very excited to be building these apartments. The eighth multi-family project is active in the Phoenix area,” said Jim Kurtzman, Senior Vice President at McShane. “We’ve been working with the owner for the past several months. So we’re excited to get the project off the ground.” 

The New Apartments Seem Like Really Nice, Fully Equipped Structures

Moreover, the three-story, multi-building complex is positioning on a 10.8-acre site. Therefore, it will incorporate a wood frame construction. This is covering with a stucco exterior that takes its design prompts from both Art Deco and Modern Architecture. However, it will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. The 242-units will feature vinyl plank and carpet flooring. In addition, there are granite countertops, full-height kitchen backsplash tile, stainless steel appliances, and lots of natural light.

Therefore, the over 1.5 acres of shared amenity space consists of a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse. Moreover, there is a 60,000-gallon outdoor pool. In addition, there is a dog park, as well as courtyards that have a lot of outdoor seating, cabanas, and barbeques.
