Alternatives Offer Wise Choices to Preventing the Spread of COVID-19

The state on November 7th, reported over 2,000 additional COVID-19 cases. This is for the second time in three days on November 7th.


Avoid Large Groups and Close Contact with Others

Majorie Bessell, a chief clinical officer of Banner Health warns against congregating in large groups. She also said close contact with others outside of your immediate household putting you and those around you at risk. She realizes this is asking a lot of the public.

Banner is responsible for operating 23 hospitals in Arizona and several in other states.


COVID-19 Statistics

2,621 new known COVID-19 cases with 33 deaths, increases the state’s totals to 257,384 cases. In addition, to 6,147 deaths, from a report by The state Department of Health Services.

The number of infections is far higher. This is because many people have not got a test. Studies suggest people can get the virus without feeling sick.


Corona Virus Once Again on the Rise

Hospitalization Rates are Down but COVID-19 is Still a Public Menace!

Though hospitalizations remain below the summer’s peak levels, Bessell said the coronavirus was now spreading at its fastest rate than it has since June.

“Arizona is experiencing the uncontrolled spread of COVID-19, as are most other states in the country,” Bessell said in an emailed statement.
